Ya! As announced by Pokémon Go facebook page, it's having their Halloween Party started today!
No wonder I managed to caught so many hauntes & Gastly this morning!
Keep appearing like nobody business!

Sometime, 2 of them appear at the same time!
I guess this is one of the treats! Originally was 3km to get a candy but now 0.75km only! Good Job Niantic~
